Custodian Accidentally Causes Two-Alarm Fire In Maryland Classroom Thousands of dollars in damage was caused to a classroom inside a Maryland high school when the custodial staff accidentally sparked a fire, officials say. The Easton Volunteer Fire Department had their hands full at the Easton High School in southern Maryland, where there was a reported fire that broke out on a stovetop inside one of the rooms.
