A 22-year-old man with a lengthy rap sheet is back on the wrong side of the law after being busted carrying a ghost gun in Prince George’s County. Capitol Heights resident Chaz Jones, who is no stranger to the police, has been arrested by members of the Seat Pleasant Police Department after he was caught acting oddly and was busted with an illegal weapon, according to authorities.
