Juan Foster, 42, is accused of shooting a 31-year-old man in the 3800 block of Tivoly Avenue on Wednesday, May, 11, according to Baltimore police. Investigators believes Foster shot the victim following a dispute. On Wednesday, Oct. 26, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested Foster without incident in the Hyattsville, Maryland. Annette Hicks, 61, is accused of stabbing a 62-year-old man during an argument in the 2900 block of Reisterstown Road on the evening of Saturday, Oct. 29, according to Baltimore police. Police arrived to the scene to find the victim suffering from stab wounds, and attempted to perform CPR before pronouncing the victim dead. Hicks was arrested on Sunday, Oct. 30 and transported to Central Booking Intake Facility.

Keith Anderson, 43, was arrested on Monday, Oct. 24, in the 4800 block of Harford Road after being connected to the June murder of Markeece Jordan, 29, according to Baltimore police. Detectives believes Anderson shot and killed Markeece Jordan following an argument in the 1900 block of Belair Road on Wednesday, June 22.  Anderson was transported to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with 1st degree murder.
