Teen To Be Tried As An Adult For Fatal Shooting At St. Mary's County Sheetz, Sheriff Says
Investigators have apprehended a teenage suspect who will be tried as an adult after he allegedly gunned down a popular 26-year-old man outside a Sheetz gas station in St. Mary's County last month. A 15-year-old minor from Lexington Park is allegedly responsible for the murder of Marcus Anthony Day, 26, in Great Mills, according to investigators from the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office.
