A bizarre scene unfolded at the Calvert Library in Prince Frederick when a local man was arrested after allegedly causing a ruckus fueled by alcohol.
On Wednesday, Jan. 8, at approximately 5:30 p.m., deputies responded to the library on Costley Way following reports of a disorderly subject, the Calvert County Sheriff's Office reported.
The complainant told Deputy Tunnell that Marvin Charles Dickerson, 40, of Prince Frederick, was boozing inside the library, removing his clothing, and stumbling through the building.
