One man was killed and another is in critical condition after a dispute led to a stabbing at a restaurant in Prince George’s County Wednesday night, April 10, police said.
Alexis Romero, 34, of Fairmount Heights, and Edward Mejia-Sandoval, 27, of Silver Spring, were charged with first- and second-degree murder, according to the PGPD.
Officers were called to the stabbing at a business on the 6500 block of New Hampshire Avenue in Takoma Park around 10:50 p.m.

Double Stabbing Under Investigation Following 'Large Fight' In Montgomery County: Police
There was a double-stabbing after a "large fight" earlier this month in Bethesda, authorities said.
The fight occurred on Sunday, Jan. 14, according to the Montgomery County Department of Police, when a scuffle broke out at approximately 2 a.m. outside of the La Catrina Bar and Lounge in the 4900 block of Cordell Avenue.

A death investigation has been launched in Charles County after a man and woman were found stabbed inside a Waldorf home, authorities announced.
Shortly after 12:15 a.m. on Tuesday morning, officers from the sheriff's office were called to the 12700 block of Pearson Drive, where there were reports of a stabbing that happened overnight.
