Maryland was in a fog on Thursday, but it could be all Purple Rain on Sunday when the Baltimore Ravens look to make their way back to the Super Bowl. Unseasonably warm temps with a chance of rain are expected through the end of the week, according to the National Weather Service. Police have released images of the suspects accused killing a teen and injuring several more outside of a Popeye's during their lunch break earlier this month. Deonta Dorsey, 16, was at the Popeye's in the Edmonson Village Shopping Center with four other teens during his lunch break when he was brutally murdered on the afternoon of Thursday, Jan. 5, according to Baltimore police. Search Is On For Baltimore Mass Shooters Who Killed High School Student
Police have released images of the suspects they believe are responsible for the mass shooting of Edmondson High School students outside of a Popeyes earlier this week. The suspects were captured on camera running after fatally shooting Deanta Dorsey, 16, and four other students in front of the restaurant int the 4408 block of Edmondson Avenue. Maryland High School Students Shot, One Killed During Popeyes Lunch Break
One high school student is dead after five students were reportedly shot outside of the Popeyes at Edmondson Village Shopping Center in Baltimore during their lunch break, reports WMAR 2 News. One victim, a 16-year-old, died from his injuries. The others, each of whom are between 17 and 18-years-old, are still being treated for injuries in the hospital. Oxon Hill Popeyes Killer Sentenced For Stabbing Man Who Cut In Line For Food
A man who stabbed a person to death outside of a Popeyes in Oxon Hill has been sentenced to over two decades in prison, reports WJLA. Ricoh McClain, 32, was convicted last April of killing Kevin Davis, 27, outside of the restaurant in the 6200 block of Livingston Road on Nov. 4, 2019 after Davis allegedly cut several people in line to order food, the outlet continues. McClain and Davis got into an argument about the incident before walking outside where McClain fatally stabbed Davis. McClain has been sentenced to serve 22 years in prison for the murder. Hit-Run Driver Wanted For Robbery Tries Fleeing VA Crash Scene In Uber: Sheriff
A man wanted for robbery in Prince William County was arrested after he rear-ended a truck while unlicensed in Stafford County, walked away from the scene and then tried hopping in an Uber, authorities said. Cornelius McGriff, 29, of Stafford, parked at a Walmart in Stafford County after rear-ending the truck in his Toyota Camry around 8:20 p.m. May 6, the county sheriff's office said.
