Baltimore Sues Ghost Gun Manufacturer The Same Day They Become Illegal In The State The City of Baltimore has filed a lawsuit against ghost gun manufacturer Polymer80 in efforts to deter persistent gun violence in the city, Mayor Brandon Scott announced Wednesday, June 1. The lawsuit suggests Polymer80 "intentionally undermines federal and state firearms laws" by providing ghost gun kits and parts to those who haven't undergone a background check. The lawsuit comes the same that ghost guns were officially banned in Maryland.  “Ghost guns are a devastating menace to the people of Baltimore,” said Mayor Brandon M.
