Repeat Offender With Name Ill-Suited For DC Back Behind Bars For Drug, Weapon Offenses: Feds Honesty continues to be a concern in Washington, DC.  A District man known to run afoul of the law is back behind bars after being convicted - again - on drug and weapon charges, federal authorities announced this week. James Fitzgerald Honesty, 35, was sentenced to nearly 10 years in prison following an incident in May 2022 that required a police foot chase and led to the recovery of drugs and a 9mm semi-automatic handgun. Erratic Driver Busted After Sheriff's Deputy In Maryland Smells PCP: Officials A combative driver busted by the smell of PCP in Maryland during a traffic stop attempted to resist arrest before ultimately being apprehended, police said. A Calvert County Sheriff’s Office deputy conducted a traffic stop in the southbound lanes of Route 4 in the area of Radio Drive in Prince Frederick, where there was a vehicle driving with no lights that stopped in the middle of the busy roadway.
