Man Rang Doorbell, Forced Way Inside Maryland Home On Halloween Night, Police Say A 23-year-old man in Montgomery County was arrested after doing too much tricking and not enough treating on Halloween night. Officers from the Rockville Police Department were called shortly before 8 p.m. on Tuesday night to a home in the unit block of Pebble Ridge Court, where a strange - and scary -  scene played out involving an active armed robber who forced his way inside.
