Woman Charged With DUI Following Crash With Maryland State Police Trooper In Work Zone
An apparently impaired driver struck a Maryland State Police trooper who was inside his patrol vehicle in a work zone in Montgomery County early on Wednesday morning, officials say. Montgomery Village resident Nithya Ramani, 37, has been charged with driving under the influence after crashing at around 1 a.m. on June 19.
