A man from Maryland has been arrested on and charged for sexually abusing a missing child out of Long Island, according to Maryland State Police. Kelvin Emanuel Grandados-Sorto, 27, of Greenbelt, is being held without bail on charges of sexual abuse of a minor and a third-degree sex offense for allegedly abusing a child he knew, according to police.
