Second Sidewalk Shooter Sentenced For Role In DC Murder: Prosecutors
One of three shooters linked to the murder of 25-year-old Anthony Lee in Washington, DC three years ago will be going away for more than a decade, federal authorities announced.
District resident Darquise Montgomery, 20, was sentenced to 12 years in prison this week for the September 2020 shooting death of Lee as he was walking with a friend in the 2900 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, according to prosecutors.
