Born in Hartford, Connecticut, LaToya went to school in Tolland before moving to Maryland with her mother in 1995, her obituary says. Prince George's County residents Oscar Flores, 34, of Mount Rainier, and Severo Alelar, 25, of Hyattsville, were indicted by a federal grand jury in Hartford, Connecticut on Thursday, Sept. 22, for fentanyl trafficking.
