Body Found Inside Of Burning Vehicle In DC Neighborhood A man has been found dead in a burning car in a DC neighborhood, reports NBC Washington. Officials found the burning vehicle around 4:30 p.m., Monday, Sept. 5, in the 500 block of Nicholson Street NW, and located the body inside after extinguishing the fire, continues the outlet.
