An alert was issued by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, Sept. 28, regarding 13-year-old Hailey Delgado Lopez, who was reported missing from her family's Ashburn home. Farouk Kamal, 31, were found dead at their home on Old Line Terrace just before 9:30 on Tuesday, May 24, authorities in Loudoun County said.
