Gunman In Custody Days After MD Teen Shot On DC Metro Train, Police Say
Justice may be served for a grieving family in Maryland after a teenager was gunned down on a Metro railcar in Washington, DC last month.
On Friday, June 9, the Metropolitan Police Department announced that Southeast DC resident Keith Williams, 23, has been charged with murder for his role in the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Brendan Ofori, of Fort Washington, in May.
At approximately 11:40 a.m. on Sunday, May 28, Ofori was shot and killed on a train heading into the Waterfront Metro Station in the 300 block of M Street in Southwest DC.
