The Maryland Center for Missing and Unidentified Persons (MCMUP) has activated a Silver Alert for a vulnerable 90-year-man missing from Prince George's County, the organization said on Facebook.
Mario Hugo Vilchez-Avila, who suffers from a cognitive impairment, was last seen in Greenbelt at 11 p.m. on Wednesday,, March 23, the MCMUP said. He was believed to have been driving his 2000 White Ford Truck with Maryland plate 906Z92.
