Charlie Stevenson, 20, was arrested and charged with the first-degree murder of Anthony Forest, 34, Prince George's County Police said. He is currently being held without bail.
Police responded for a reported shooting in the 1900 block of Belle Haven Drive around 5:40 p.m. on October 22, 2021, police said.
Upon arrival, officers found Forest suffering from gunshot wounds in a parking lot. He was taken to a local hospital where he later died, police said.
Initial investigation revealed both men knew each other and got into a fight before Forest was shot, police said. The investigation is ongoing.
