Dr. Juanita Miller allegedly created conflict from the start of her involvement, including withholding ethics complaints from board members and illegally procuring services without board approval, News4 says citing state education officials.

Miller did not immediately return to Daily Voice's request for comment placed Wednesday, June 1.

Other board members, including board members accused of ethics violations and ones at odds with Miller, have purportedly resigned or left to pursue other offices.
