It happened near the 2700 block of Enterprise Road around 1:30 p.m., PGPD said.
A man driving one of the vehicles was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead a short time later.
The man driving the other vehicle, along with the woman in the passenger’s seat, were taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, police added.
