Chaos ensued for police who broke up what they called a “reckless driving meet-up” in Montgomery County over the weekend. An alleged “peeping tom” is at large following a pair of incidents that occurred on neighboring blocks in Maryland. Both incidents occurred on Flower Avenue in Takoma Park around 10 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 26, police said. A male first peered into a female’s bedroom window on the 7400 block before another resident found a ladder leaning against their own home on the 7500 block.
