Two Hurt In DC Shooting At Fort Totten Metro Station Involving Special Police Officer A man and teen boy were both shot during an incident at the Fort Totten Metro station late on Thursday night that involved a security officer. Officials said that at approximately 11 p.m. on Thursday, a man and teenage boy were fighting over a gun at the Galloway Street NE station when the gun went off, striking one of them, police said. In response, a special police officer assigned to the station returned fire, hitting the second person. Suspected Thief Shot In Face After Attempting To Stab Security Guard With Needle A suspected thief is in critical condition after a Baltimore security officer shot him in the face, authorities say. Investigation reveals that the victim was shot in the face after trying to stab a security officer with a needle following a robbery around 9 a.m., Friday, Oct. 21 in the 600 block of Exeter Street, according to Baltimore Police.
