National Philharmonic Welcomes Historically Black Church Choir, Donate Proceeds
Days after news broke of a racist vandalism of a historically black church in Potomac, the National Philharmonic's Messiah performances will welcome the vandalized church's choir to the stage. Two upcoming National Philharmonic Messiah performances will donate funds toward the Scotland A.M.E Zion Church, which is making headlines after it was vandalized on the night of Friday, Nov. 25, states a spokesperson for National Philharmonic.
