Woman Abducted From South Baltimore Home At Knifepoint, Police Say The Baltimore Police Department is seeking help from the community in their efforts to locate a missing 22-year-old woman who was reportedly abducted at knifepoint on Thursday. At approximately 11:50 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 2, Jenifer Perez was taken from a home in the 2700 block of Northshire Drive by a man, believed to be 31-year-old Guillermo Rivera-Romero, according to investigators. Gunman Who Shot Victim In Head Captured In Newly Released Video, Baltimore PD Says Baltimore Police are seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect behind a shooting that happened last month.  Investigators have released the video of three suspects walking in the area after the shooting occurred in the 2600 block of Northshire Drive around 2:18 p.m. on March 27, police said. One of the suspects appeared to be placing a handgun into a backpack, police said. Upon arrival, officers found a victim was shot in the head.
