The driver of a Dodge 2500 pick-up truck was in for a long afternoon when he was approached by a man and woman at approximately 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 14 outside a business in the 1600 block of Annapolis Road. Anne Arundel resident Charlie Marks IV, 42, of Pasadena, was located by Maryland State Police troopers on Sunday, Jan. 30 on I-95 near the Maryland 100 intersection in Eldridge, where he had suffered an apparent gunshot wound, authorities said.
