Police in Maryland are fearful that a predator with a history of sexual assault may have more victims after he was arrested for luring a child on Thursday night. Joshua Black, 31, of Olney, is facing multiple rape and sexual offense charges after allegedly assaulting a minor on Thursday, July 20 in Montgomery County. The incident was reported at approximately 7 p.m. on Thursday in the 17700 block of Prince Philip Drive, when he lured the girl into a wooded area and sexually assaulted her, police said. Olney Man Arrested For Sexually Assaulting UMD Students: Police
A man from Olney has been arrested for sexually assaulting two students at the University of Maryland this month, authorities said. Joshua Black, 30, committed several sexually inappropriate acts against two separate female students within 48 hours of each other, UMPD said.
