Eldersburg Woman Dead, 3 Hospitalized In Head-On Glenwood Collision: Police One person is dead and three more are hospitalized following an afternoon crash in Glenwood, authorities said.  The crash happened when a Toyota Highlander collided head-on with a Nissan Rogue after crossing over into oncoming traffic while traveling north on Route 97 past Rolling Hills Drive, Howard County Police said.  The crash occurred just before 4:30 p.m. on Monday, March 21, according to police.  67-year-old Wei Chu Lam Wong of Eldersburg, who was the front passenger in the Toyota, died Sunday night at Washington Medical Canter, police said.  Everyone …
