Children, Adult Suffer Traumatic Injuries In T-Bone Rockville Crash, Officials Say Two children were among the victims to suffer traumatic injuries in a Montgomery County T-Bone crash on Monday afternoon, according to officials. Montgomery County Fire and EMS personnel were called to the intersection of Watkins Pond Boulevard and Frederick Road in Rockville at around 6:30 p.m. on June 17, where there was a reported crash involving two vehicles.
