Unlicensed Baltimore Driver Wanted For Ramming Officer At Massive VA Illegal Car Meet: Cops Police have announced additional arrests at a massive illegal car meetup where drivers antagonized officers in Fairfax County last weekend. Around 3 a.m. on Sunday, March 31, an officer saw several vehicles pull into a commercial parking lot in the 6600 block of Electronic Drive in Springfield where a large group of individuals were driving recklessly and in circles, police said.
