Deborah Armstrong, 71, has been identified as the victim in the shooting that occurred shortly after 9 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 18 in the area of Martin Luther King Jr. Highway and Business Parkway, according to Prince George's County police. Police were called to the scene for reports of a shooting involving two vehicles, officials said. Hypothermia Alert Issued In This Maryland County For Monday Night A hypothermia alert has been issued for Montgomery County starting at 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 28. It will last until 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 1. The alert is issued whenever temperatures and/or wind chill are expected to be at or below 32 degrees.
