Man Admits To Role In Maryland Shooting Incident Over Stolen Medication Debt: State's Attorney
A Calvert County man implicated to a shooting at an area home during a dispute over allegedly stolen medication copped to the crime and will face decades in prison. Chesapeake Bach resident Stephen Louis Betz pleaded guilty this week to first-degree assault and reckless endangerment stemming from an incident that was reported in Owings last fall, authorities announced on Tuesday. Neighbor Accused Of Setting BMW On Fire Amid Ongoing Dispute In Maryland
An 86-year-old man did not make it far as he attempted to elude investigators after allegedly setting his neighbor’s BMW SUV on fire in Cecil County. A long-standing dispute came to a head on Monday night, when Conowingo resident Phillip Fleming allegedly set a 2019 BMW X3 on fire outside a Canning House Lane home and was caught on surveillance video.
