Detectives are investigating an attempted carjacking after a suspect tried to steal a vehicle out of an Oxon Hill garage. Prince George’s County police officers were called to the parking garage at the MGM National Harbor around 3 a.m. after a man was threatened at gunpoint. Three young teenage boys from Washington D.C. have been arrested and charged with an attempted carjacking in Rockville Town Square, authorities say.
