Teen Girl Struck By Hit-Run Shooters At Montgomery County Block Party, Police Say Nearly three dozen shots were fired at a Montgomery County block party over the weekend, leaving a teen hospitalized after she was struck by a stray bullet. Police say that shortly before 10 a.m. on Friday, June 2, officers responded to a block party in the 11400 block of Stewart Lane in Silver Spring where a 16-year-old was shot during a hit-and-run that marred the neighborly celebration.  A group of people were at the block party when a dark-colored sedan with three or four people inside rolled up to the event and began firing into the crowd, with at least one of the bullets striking…
