Driver High On Benzos, Weed Gets Prison Time For Fiery Fatal Crash In Maryland: Prosecutors A Maryland man who "purposefully took a drug to alter his mind then got into the car and drove," leading a fatal crash will spend time in prison, the Charles County State's Attorney announced on Friday. Michael Darrell Dukes, 22, was sentenced to 10 years, with all but 18 months suspended after pleading guilty to the gross negligent manslaughter of Zkiara Kemp in February.
