An unlicensed arms dealer is heading to prison for selling to undercover agents in Baltimore, federal authorities announced Wednesday, Feb. 14. Mark Ryals, 35, of Baltimore, was sentenced to 42 months in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for unlicensed dealing in firearms, US Attorney's Office for the District of Maryland Maryland Erek L.
