Officers from the Anne Arundel County Police Department were called at around 1:40 a.m. on Feb. 5 to investigate a reported single-vehicle crash on Brock Bridge Road south of River Bridge Way in Laurel. According to officials, Duke Kepha Mwebi was driving a 2021 Mercedes GLC300 north along on Brock Ridge Road when he lost control and went off the right side of the roadway and into a tree.
