Baltimore Man, 21, Found Shot Dead Behind Wheel Of Overturned Car: Police A 21-year-old Baltimore man was found dead behind the wheel of an overturned car after apparently being shot, authorities said.  Police responded for a single-car crash in the 4200 block of Nadine Avenue around 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13, Baltimore Police said. Upon arrival, officers found the driver dead inside the overturned vehicle. He was taken to a local hospital where he was shown to have suffered from a fatal gunshot wound, police said.  The investigation is ongoing.
