Death Of Baltimore 1-Year-Old Upgraded To Homicide: Police The questionable death of a one-year-old baby in Baltimore last year has been upgraded to a homicide investigation, authorities say.  Austin Hammond was found unresponsive at a home in the 4300 block of Seminole Avenue on the morning of September 12, 2021, Baltimore Police said.  After numerous attempts to resuscitate the child, medics pronounced the victim deceased at the home, police say.
