Police ID Man Killed By Hit-Run Jeep Driver In Baltimore County An investigation has been launched in Baltimore County after a 33-year-old man was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver. James McCoy was found by first responders shortly after 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 24, after he was killed by a driver in a Jeep Liberty who sped away from the intersection of Loch Raven Boulevard and Sayward Avenue, according to officials on Friday.
