Road Rage Shooter Used Victim's Fiancé's Gun To Kill Him, Carroll County Sheriff Says The accused killer in the July Fourth roadway shooting used the handgun of a woman trying to protect her fiance to kill him in Carroll County, authorities said in announcing an arrest.
