Motorcyclist Killed In Howard County Crash Was In His "True Happy Place' When He Died: Family A family is in mourning after a family member who goes by many names was killed riding his beloved Harley-Davidson in Howard County over the weekend.  Charles Franklin Bailey, Jr., 63, was killed shortly before 1:45 a.m. on Sunday, June 4, when he lost control of his motorcycle and was struck head-on by a pick-up truck. "Our father Chuck, Chuckie, Chuckie Cheese was the greatest man. He touched so many peoples lives and has undoubtedly left a hole in all of our hearts," organizers of a GoFundMe campaign made for his family said. Eldersburg Woman Dead, 3 Hospitalized In Head-On Glenwood Collision: Police One person is dead and three more are hospitalized following an afternoon crash in Glenwood, authorities said.  The crash happened when a Toyota Highlander collided head-on with a Nissan Rogue after crossing over into oncoming traffic while traveling north on Route 97 past Rolling Hills Drive, Howard County Police said.  The crash occurred just before 4:30 p.m. on Monday, March 21, according to police.  67-year-old Wei Chu Lam Wong of Eldersburg, who was the front passenger in the Toyota, died Sunday night at Washington Medical Canter, police said.  Everyone …
