UMD Grad Who Vomited On Football, Became Paralyzed In Wrestling Match Darren Drozdov Dead At 54 Darren Drozdov, a professional wrestler and former NFL player nicknamed "Puke" for vomiting on the ball, died on Friday, June 30. He was 54 years old. Darren, of Hamilton, NJ, grew up playing football as a quarterback in Mays Landing and was All-State in football at Oakcrest High School. He went on to play college football at the University of Maryland, graduating with a degree in criminal justice. Darren played in the NFL on the New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles and Denver Broncos, and was famously nicknamed "Puke" after he threw up on he ball during a Monday night game, stopping the ce…

Pro Wrestling Star Tammy Sytch Charged With Threatening Partner With Scissors At Jersey Shore Pro wrestling Hall of Famer turned adult entertainment star Tammy “Sunny” Sytch spent a night in jail after threatening to kill an "intimate partner" with a pair of scissors at the Jersey Shore, authorities said. Tamara Lynn Sytch, 49, "appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol" when she raised the scissors in the air and threatened to kill the unidentified man early Thursday in Keansburg, a complaint on file in Superior Court in Freehold alleges.
