Glen Burnie resident William Brown III, 24, has been identified by investigators as the motorcyclist involved in a fatal crash on June 16. Maryland State Police continue to investigate a crash that resulted in the death of a dump truck driver and motorcycle enthusiast on I-270 in Montgomery County.
