Traffic Stop Leads To Arrest Of Wanted Murder Suspect In Maryland, Police Say Police say that a traffic stop of a vehicle with tags that didn't match its registration in Baltimore led to the arrest of a man wanted for the murder of Daniel Taylor last month. Kenneth Mackay, 37, has been arrested and charged with murder in connection to the fatal shooting of the 38-year-old Taylor in September after he was found suffering from gunshot wounds in Western Baltimore.
