HAZMAT: Truck Crash Shuts Harford County Roadway A truck crash blocked a Harford County roadway Wednesday, Jan. 24, firefighters said. The crash occurred on Winter Run Road, bringing a HazMat response for leaking fuel tanks of a diesel truck. The road was closed as of 12:15 p.m. The county sheriff was on scene assisting.
