3 Dead In Aberdeen Apartment Fire Three people perished in an early-morning Aberdeen fire Monday, April 15, officials confirmed. Crews responded to the scene on the unit block of Roosevelt Avenue around 5:30 a.m., where smoke was billowing from the second floor of an apartment, firefighters said. Crews found three victims, who were all pronounced dead on the scene.  The Office of the Maryland State Fire Marshal and Aberdeen Police are remaining on scene for investigative purposes. Please avoid the area, it is still a very active crime scene and heavy police presence in the area.

Woman Trapped Inside LaPlata House Fire Dies, Fire Under Investigation Fire Marshals are continuing an investigation into a fatal fire that claimed the life of a 59-year-old woman in LaPlata, authorities say. The victim was found trapped inside of the dwelling fire in the 1000 block of Suffolk Drive around 6:40 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 28, according to the Maryland State Fire Marshal. Firefighters were able to remove the woman from the home and rush her to the Charles Regional Medical Center where she tragically succumbed to her injuries. Crews responded to multiple 911 calls reporting a fire at a single-family home in Severn at around 10:50 p.m. on Wednesday, March 9, according to the Anne Arundel County Fire Department. Firefighters Lt.
