A 43-year-old Maryland man barred from owning firearms was busted with a stolen gun during a holiday traffic stop, police said. While conducting the routine traffic stop for a violation, St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Deputies found James Richard Nelson Jr. had a loaded firearm on Monday, Jan. 1, the sheriff's office said. A Baltimore man prohibited from possessing firearms was arrested for using a 3-D printer to manufacture ghost guns after a social media post caught the attention of law enforcement, authorities say.
