Broad Day Baltimore Shooter Caught On Camera Remains At Large (Video) Police in Baltimore are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and tracking down a wanted gunman who was caught on camera shooting and killing one person and injuring another over the weekend. New video has been released by homicide detectives depicting the shooting, where an unknown assailant can be seen gunning down a victim in the 2900 block of Chesley Avenue. The incident was reported on Sunday, April 16.
