A 66-year-old Maryland man provided neither a trick nor treat to a young neighbor who he licked while she was on the hunt for candy in Anne Arundel County on Halloween night. Severn resident Cedrick Steven Paines is facing a host of charges after preying on a young girl, following her home and pointing a handgun at her mother, according to police investigators.
